Established in 1983, Shaoxing Lixin Printing and Dyeing Co., Ltd. (SLXCO) is a key bone enterprise in Shaoxing City, holding the self-run import and export right. Our main products include a vide range of high or middle grade dyeing and printing fabrics, and granule-rocking flannelette. Our company has integrated textile, dyeing, printing and garment-making together. Covering a land area of 240,000 square meters with a construction area of 210,000square meters, we have total assets worth about USD50,000,000, including fixed assets worth USD25,000,0000. Adopting advanced productive equipment in the textile field, we employ more than 3,000 staff, including 450 technicians with rich theory and practical experience. Meanwhile, we have set up a rather normal management system. With 6 sub-companies and 9 sub-factories, our annual output is 10,000 metric tons of printing-dyeing fabrics and granule-rocking flannelette. Now, our company has equipped with 58-set of national-advanced J-type overflow dyers, 4-set of Japan-made flat-screen printers, 2-set of rotary screen printers, 2-line of flax-cotton fabrics,10-line knitting granule-rocking flannelette, 80-set knitting rotary machines, 400-set industrial sewing machines. Our post-treating equipment consists of 4-set ROK-made heat boarding machines, 36-set Taiwan-made raising machines (in 6 groups), 1-set steam engine, 2-set China-made (2-spinning machines) boarding machines, 1-set Kunshan-made spinning 722 loosening-mode boarding machines, 2-set Guangdong-made width boarding machines, and the batching electric equipment of 8-set heat oil boilers, 1-group 3,150-kW transformer, 1-line 8,000t/day polluted water-drained network channel. All our heat used is provided by the heat power plant.
